Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez has hit out at exit claims after victory over Spezia.

On his goal, the Argentine added: “I tried to get in front of the defender and I knew the cross would be low, so it was the only way I could get to the ball and I hoped the goalkeeper would be unsighted."
