Tottenham plan to sign permanently on-loan Juventus attacker Dejan Kulusevski.

Kulusevski joined Spurs on an 18-month loan in January, worth £8.3million and including the option to make the move permanent this summer for a further £24.9m.

The option will also remain valid next summer, although Spurs would have to pay Juventus a higher fee of £29.1m if they qualify for the Champions League at the end of next term and Kulusevski plays more than 50 percent of their matches.

Spurs have decided to activate the clause this summer to lock-in the lower fee, with head coach Antonio Conte already considering the Swede a permanent member of his squad, says the London Evening Standard.

Kulusevski has scored three times and registered six assists in 10 Premier League starts, and he says he came to Spurs with a point to prove after a frustrating final six months at Juventus.
