Aston Villa defender Matty Cash has secured his future at the club.
The 24-year-old has now signed a five-year contract with the club.
According to The Athletic, manager Steven Gerrard is delighted with the 24-year-old, who has managed three goals and four assists this term.
The Polish international was linked to Atletico Madrid this winter, as a replacement for Kieran Trippier.
However, he has now committed himself to Villa, and is not likely to go anywhere in the summer.
