Former Tottenham goalkeeper Erik Thorstvedt says last night's brawl between Manchester City and Atletico Madrid was "must watch TV".
City reached the Champions League semifinals after their 0-0 draw in Madrid - with the final whistle sparking a crazy brawl between players and coaching staff, which led to local police intervening.
Commentating on TV2, Thorstvedt said: "It's completely sick. No goals, but absolutely everything else.
"An enormous drama, and this was far above the line in so many ways, but still a kind of 'must watch TV'."
Fellow commentator Jesper Mathisen added: "It was chaos out there."
