That is according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
The journalist spoke about Núñez's chances of remaining in Portugal for another season.
Romano tweeted that the youngster is ready to move on to a bigger club to further his career.
Benfica are willing to sell, but only for a very high price, as they have no interest in losing such a talent for a lower fee.
The source states that Benfica would demand roughly €80 million for Núñez.
