Liverpool defender Ibrahima Konate admits he's pinching himself about the season he is enjoying.
The summer signing from RB Leipzig helped Liverpool to reach the Champions League final last night with victory at Villarreal.
Konate smiled, "I don't realise. You won't believe me but now I have to think about the next match. It is impossible to dream better. We are in all the competitions. Now we need to recover because we are in the home stretch.
"We had a bad start to the match. Afterwards, we came across a team from Villarreal who knew how to put the ingredients together to hurt us. But we weren't the real Liverpool. At half-time, there was a discussion with the coach. In the second half, we put more intensity. We were able to come back and it's a team effort."
