Kota Kinabalu: Kota Kinabalu Member of Parliament Chan Foong Hin said there is no excuse for a hospital ambulance despatched by MERS999 to arrive at a scene only an hour later.
“I find the delay in the arrival of an ambulance to the scene in Kolombong very regrettable.
“A life could have been saved if the emergency medical service had arrived way earlier.
