Kota Kinabalu: Triathlete Yatim Zainal Abidin has qualified for the 2022 Ironman 70.3 World Championship in St George, Utah, United States from Oct 28-29.
This followed his ninth place finish at the VNG Ironman 70.3 Vietnam triathlon held early this month.
The 47-year-old said the competition will be his final appearance in the international scene before calling it quits due to lack of financial support.
