Besiktas have gone cold on Everton striker Cenk Tosun.
Besiktas have cut off contact with Tosun over fears about his long-term fitness, says Sabah.
Tosun is not set to return to full fitness until August at the earliest and Besiktas have pulled back from talks over a summer move because of the injury.
Tosun last appeared for Everton against Brentford in the FA Cup back in Frank Lampard's first game in charge of the club back in February.
