Inter Milan GM Beppe Marotta insists they want to keep hold of Ivan Perisic.
Off contract in June, Perisic is a target for Chelsea after complaining about Inter's latest offer to renew.
Marotta said, "When the season has concluded, we will discuss all the situations that are still in the balance, including this one, with all due respect for the professionalism of this very talented player.
“We will sit around a table and together make the best decision. As far as we are concerned, we certainly want to continue with him."
Marotta added: "The good news is that it's a very exciting campaign in Serie A and that is positive for all of Italian football.
“We can only go along our path. If they do better, then they have done better, that's all there is to it."
