Chelsea are confident of a deal in place for veteran Inter Milan midfielder Ivan Perisic.
Perisic comes off contract in June and is furious with Inter's latest contract offer.
After scoring twice in the Coppa Italia final victory against Juventus last week, Perisic snapped: "That's not how you treat a deserving player, I didn't deserve it."
Chelsea are offering the winger his required €6m a year, but will have to wait for the club to be sold before they can rejoin the transfer market.
As such, there remains an opening for Inter to return to the negotiating table with Perisic.
