Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel was upset with the referee after his side's 1-0 loss to Everton in the Premier League.
The London outfit experienced a surprise loss to the Merseyside relegation candidates on Sunday.
Everton, who needed all three points in their fight to stay in the league, grabbed the only goal of the game through Richarlison.
Asked post-game about the aggressiveness of Everton's approach to the game, Tuchel stated: "No, no, we expected it. It would have been nice to have a referee who was in charge of it – they got away with a lot.
"He decided to manage the game the way he did, and I was not too happy with it, but it's his way.
"That is why it is important to not do any mistakes, install belief, and to keep doing what we do on the highest level of focus. We struggled."
