Barcelona coach Xavi has congratulated Real Madrid after they were confirmed LaLiga champions.
Victory over Espanyol on Saturday saw Real clinch the title.
Xavi said after defeating Mallorca: "I congratulate Madrid, who are rightful winners.
"We have to win this league of five that remains for the Champions League."
The coach also said: "From the game we will achieve better results. You have to play better to try to win. Today we played very well until their goal. When we play very well we win, when we don't, we don't win.
"There were 10 minutes that we have not played well and they have scored against us. From our play we will obtain results."
