Barcelona midfielder Frenkie de Jong admits it's been a frustrating season.
De Jong was speaking after victory over Real Mallorca.
He said, "Yes, very frustrated. We have not been good this year but I hope we continue to improve and next year will be different."
De Jong also confirmed crunch talks with coach Xavi last week.
He also stated: "The conversation was very good. I have confidence and the coach has said that he has confidence in me too. Everybody happy."
