Racing midfielder Carlos Alcaraz is interesting Tottenham and Arsenal ahead of the summer market.
The youngster is preparing to leave Racing for Europe in the coming months.
Marca says Atlético Madrid, Sevilla, Juventus, Arsenal, Tottenham, Inter Milan and AC Milan have all sent their scouts to Argentina to keep an eye on the 19-year-old. Wolves and PSV are also keen.
Alcaraz has a deal to 2024, with his contract carrying a €24m buyout clause.
Racing would be prepared to sell for around €19m.
