Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola doesn't expect Liverpool to fall away in the title race.
Liverpool face Aston Villa tonight, while City are at Wolves tomorrow.
Guardiola said: "It's going to happen. Hopefully we can push them too. It happened the last four or five years. Both teams have done impressive seasons. We know exactly what we have to do - nine points. We are going to try.
"We are new in this as a club, the last decade. We are new in being there. All I can say is inside, the staff, the chairman, owner, we know how difficult it is and proud we are with what we are doing. What we have done, hopefully in future we will continue doing.
"It is so impressive what we have done, especially in the Premier League as everyone knows how difficult it is."
