Liverpool hero Jamie Carragher was left unimpressed by Granit Xhaka after his interview following Arsenal's defeat at Newcastle.
After their 2-0 loss at Newcastle United, the 29-year-old Swiss said the club did not deserve a place in the Champions League and the players were not ready for the pressure.
“He's come out strong and we like players to be honest, strong in interviews," said Carragher.
"It's also easy to come out and be strong with your words, he'll maybe get credit for it.
“Do it on the pitch. He's pointing out some of the young players - maybe I've got the wrong gist of the interview - as an experienced player saying some of these players weren't ready for the fight."
