SANDAKAN: Police arrested 21 students and a former student, aged between 14 and 18, from three schools here Wednesday for alleged involvement in a free-for-all at Jalan Elopura, Tuesday afternoon.
The fight was recorded in a video that went viral in social media.
Sandakan District Police Chief ACP Abdul Fuad Malek said initial investigations showed misunderstanding among the students was believed to be the cause of the incident.
