Serbia coach Dragan Stojkovic feels Sergej Milinkovic-Savic needs to leave Lazio this summer.
The midfielder is being linked with Manchester United and PSG, with Juventus also interested.
Stojkovic told TuttoJuve: "For Sergej, the time has come for a change of scenery, honestly I don't know his next destination. It will surely be a great club.
"If he went to Juventus, it would be a blow for both. It could be a good deal for Lazio as they would definitely get a lot of money from his transfer.
"He is a centerpiece of our national team, a top player, there are not many players of his quality in Europe."
