Kota Kinabalu: Road users are reminded not to cut Q (queue) or park their vehicles on road shoulders at will to avoid traffic congestion, particularly in the State Capital, said City Police Chief AC Mohd Zaidi Abdullah.
He said the atmosphere leading up to Aidilfitri caused people to take advantage of the last-minute opportunity to go shopping in the State Capital, making the city area congested with vehicles.
