Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Immigration Director Sitti Saleha Habib Yussof said effective May 12 the counters at immigration headquarters located along UMS highway will be open from 8am to 8pm.
She also said counters at the Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) in Kota Kinabalu would be operating until 8pm.
“This measure is taken to ensure the public will be properly assisted especially in the passport processing and other travelling documents,” she told Daily Express.
