West Ham United are seeking a replacement for Manuel Lanzini.
However, any move for Al-Rayyan midfielder James Rodriguez isn't currently on the agenda.
That's according to Colombian journalist Luis Fernando Restrepo, who told Futbolred: "Serious sources around the club do not refer to the name of James.
"Although the Hammers would be looking for a replacement for a possible departure of Argentine Manu Lanzini, the Colombian is not seen as the one due to the very fast game of (David) Moyes' team in the midfield."
He added: "Let's wait to see if it is or not another strategy of Jorge Mendes to have his clients reported in the press."
