Kota Kinabalu: City Hall (DBKK) admits to an increase in the population of stray dogs during the pandemic and is caught between pleasing animal lovers and those who want peace and hygiene.
Kota Kinabalu Mayor, Datuk Noorliza Awang Alip said they are currently working to amend the existing by-laws and policies to work to the contentment of both sides, especially those in residential areas.
