The 17 year-old attacker made his United debut last season and trained with the senior Argentina squad.
Garnacho scored on debut for Argentina U20 yesterday in victory over Japan at the Toulon Tournament.
Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano is reporting United are offering the youngster a new five-year contract.
His current deal runs to 2024.
