The England international comes off contract at Turf Moor this month.

Tarkowski is expected to complete a move to Everton in the next few days, pending the outcome of a medical, says the Daily Mail.
The 29 year-old has spent the majority of his senior career with Burnley after initially coming through at Oldham Athletic.
