Aston Villa goalkeeper Robin Olsen has recalled being attacked by Manchester City fans at the end of their final day clash.

The Roma-owned keeper was attacked by several pitch invaders as City's win saw them win the Premier League title.

"That's sad," Olsen told Aftonbladet.

"It should not be able to happen, but it is as it is. It was a huge shock. It's fine that they run on the pitch, but I did not expect that they would jump on me."

On his time with Villa, Olsen was more positive.

"I have had an incredibly good time since I joined the club in January. It is a fantastic club, and I feel that I have developed a lot," he added.
