Celtic are targeting Manchester City-owned midfielder Vinicius Souza.
The 22 year-old Brazilian is registered with City's umbrella company City Football Group and is currently with their Belgian satellite club Lommel. Last season, Souza impressed during a loan at KV Mechelen.
The Daily Mail says Lommel plan to loan him out again this season.
Celtic have scheduled discussions with the Brazilian's representatives.
Fenerbahce, Club Brugge and Bologna are also keen on the former Flamengo central midfielder. City hold 60 per cent of Souza's registration.
