Kota Kinabalu: Calls for greater inclusion and collaboration among the diverse custodians and managers of nature in the region were among the recommendations outlined at the 2nd Asia Parks Congress.
There were also calls for conservation of at least 30 per cent of lands and oceans across Asia to improve resourcing.
The Congress also identified the priorities for the next decade and to contribute to the achievement of post-2020 Global Biodiversity Framework, said Sabah Attorney-General Datuk Nor Aisah.
