Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah Law Society (SLS) is confident of public support in its suit against a supposed arrangement by a previous Federal Government and compliant Sabah Government to reach settlement on the 40 per cent Special Grant Entitlement of Sabah under Article 112C of the Federal Constitution through a Second Review Order under Article 112D of the Federal Constitution.
SLS President Roger Chin said SLS is standing up for the Rule of Law in upholding the constitution provisions. Present were senior lawyers Roland Cheng, Jayen Marimuttu, David Fung, John Sikayun, and Vanugopal Sukumaran.
