Liverpool youngster Harvey Elliott has pulled out of England Under-21s squad.
The midfielder joined up with the squad on Tuesday, but will now head back to England.
He is set to miss out on the team's Euro 2023 qualifier against Czech Republic.
Elliott tested positive for COVID-19, days after he was celebrating with his club teammates on an open-top bus parade for winning the FA Cup and Carabao Cup trophies this season.
Tottenham's Ryan Sessegnon and Chelsea's Levi Colwill were previous withdrawals from the Under-21s squad.
