Inter Milan are willing to part with Alessandro Bastoni this summer.
The Italian giants are in financial difficulty, which means they have to sell one or two star players to finance other purchases.
Inter want to do business with Spurs for centre-half Bastoni.
However, they will only do a deal if their £54 million valuation of the player is met, per The Times.
For his part, Bastoni is not 100 percent sold on a move to Tottenham.
He is happy at Inter and in Italy, and may need some convincing to switch to the Premier League this summer.
