Italy coach Roberto Mancini says he's happy with the progress of his young team after Tuesday's win against Hungary.
Mancini was happy with the 2-1 win, with Inter Milan attacker Nicolo Barella and Roma's Lorenzo Pellegrini on the scoresheet.
“It was a good match, especially in the first half," said the coach. “The goal conceded put a bit of fear on us, it was a game that clearly had to end with a more margin.
"We were also a bit tired and conceding a goal in a match that should have already closed puts a bit of difficulty on you. "
“It's a team full of young players, who will have to work a lot. The road is long, but it was important to win."
