Lyon won't get a clear run at Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud.
Lyon are in contact with Giroud about a January return to France.
But France Football's Arnaud Tulipier reports the veteran is also followed by a "club of the south-west of France".
It's suggested the club in question is Bordeaux.
Giroud's deal expires in June.
