Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino admits that he is in the dark regarding a possible bid for Gareth Bale.
It is clear that Real Madrid are hoping to offload Bale, given the tension between him and manager Zinedine Zidane.
However, Pochettino would not be drawn on whether Spurs would get involved in attempting to bring Bale back to the club.
The Argentine said to reporters after a 3-2 win over Juventus in pre-season: "At the moment I don't have any information from my chairman [about a possible Bale move].
"I don't know if we are [in for him] or it's another club.
"I saw in the media but I do not know which club is going to sign him. I do not know if it is us or another club. It is the job of my chairman to build the best possible club."
