Everton are hoping they will have defender Yerry Mina available against Brighton in the Premier League.
The Blues are desperate to build on their win last weekend against West Ham United.
They want to climb the table and know the 24-year-old center back is a key part of their team.
The Liverpool Echo says Mina went through tests on his knee at Everton's Finch Farm base during the week.
It appears that he does not have a serious injury and it is possible he will be passed fit for their game against Brighton this weekend.
Mina has played every league game so far this term.
