Hertha Berlin coach Ante Covic is delighted with what he's seen so far from former Chelsea striker Daishawn Redan.
Just days after his move from London, Redan scored on debut in victory over friendly opponents Fenerbahce.
Covic said: "His moves show he's a thoroughbred. He has an incredible shot. He needs a little time and space to develop.
"He enjoyed the Ajax school and knows how football works."
Covic warned against too high expectations because of Redan's youth.
"He's guaranteed to get a dent. We have to be there for him then."
Redan also said: "It was important for me to gather my first minutes for Hertha. Of course I was very happy about the goal. My whole family and all my friends have
contacted me right afterwards. "
