Hertha Berlin have launched a bid for Watford attacker Dodi Lukebakio.
After a successful loan last season with Fortuna Dusseldorf, Lukebakio is a target for several major clubs across Europe.
BILD says Hertha have struck personal terms with the midfielder over a five-year contract.
And Hertha GM Michael Preetz has now approached Watford with an offer of 15m.
Should Watford accept the bid, Lukebakio would become Hertha's record signing. The previous mark was set by Davie Selke at 8.5m.
