Arsenal have set their price to buy Dani Ceballos from Real Madrid.
The midfielder is on a straight loan with the Gunners this season and El Desmarque says he has told Real president Florentino Perez he wants to stay.
Ceballos held talks with Perez during the international break,
Arsenal are prepared to do business for a price of 35m, though Perez is insisting on a higher valuation.
Real will demand at least 40m to sell Ceballos in January.
