Barcelona have made an offer for wantaway PSG star Neymar.
Le Parisien says Barca have offered 60m cash plus Philippe Coutinho for the Brazil captain.
The verbal proposal has been on the table for several weeks.
However, PSG are insisting the offer falls well short of PSG's valuation, with the French giants rating Coutinho at 120m.
Barca lost Neymar to PSG in 2017 for 222m.
