Fenerbahce have made a concrete offer to Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil.
The Gunners are desperate to find a buyer for the 350,000-a-week playmaker, but have struggled to spark interest.
However, Fotospor says Fener have confirmed interest in Ozil during talks with Arsenal over Shkodran Mustafi.
Fener are pushing to take Mustafi on-loan and have also drawn up a contract offer for Ozil.
A proposal worth 7m-a-year has been tabled to Ozil's minders.
