Former Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge is in Turkey today, according to local sources.
TRT Spor says Sturridge was spotted at Istanbul airport on Monday night ahead of signing Trabzonspor.
The 29 year-old has been offered a two-year deal, which he is now ready to sign.
Sturridge has been in talks with Trabzonspor and both his mother and uncle were in the city last week to discuss the move and visit facilities.
Negotiations are progressing positively and there's confidence inside Trabzonspor that an agreement is now settled.
