Lille coach Christophe Galtier admits he feels "betrayed" after losing two members of his backroom team to Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho.

Former LOSC assistant Joo Sacramento and goalkeeper coach Nuno Santos left last week for Spurs.

Galtier said, "I dare to hope there is no open door. There was a decision of the chairman. I dare to hope that the door is not open.

"On the feeling of betrayal, I will be very frank with you. There was the moment when I learned the decision during the preparation of the match in Paris. And day after day, I can think I've been let down, like that. I think you have to look ahead, focus on the game. Work with the club. Defend the project, institution, jersey, honor. People are gone. We have to work with the people who are present.

"The feeling of betrayal is automatically there, but it must be digested."
