Tottenham must sell if they're to land Juventus striker Paulo Dybala.

Sky Sports says Tottenham's move for Dybala hinges on the futures of Christian Eriksen and Danny Rose.

Eriksen looks set to stay in north London after Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane indicated a preference to try and sign Manchester United's Paul Pogba over the Denmark international, who could still ultimately sign a new Spurs contract.

A deal for Dybala to join Tottenham has therefore been described as "unlikely" at this stage, but Juve are understood to have an interest in Rose, who has been made available by Tottenham this summer.

Should Juve decide to press ahead with a 25m deal for the England left-back, Spurs may look to negotiate a lower fee for Dybala - rated at around 80m - as part of the deal.
