Lucas Digne believes that Marco Silva is one of the best managers in the game.
The Everton boss has come in for some criticism after his team made an uninspiring start to the season.
The Blues were touted to fight for a top six finish, but their long term issue of inconsistency is still dogging them.
However, Digne is behind his boss and thinks that Silva will turn things around.
"He is one of the best, no question," Digne told evertonfc.com.
"He gives you a lot of confidence.
"We work a lot during the week. Set pieces, tactics, organisation, our system, our opponents. We work on everything.
"The manager understands his job perfectly.
"He is excellent at communicating what he wants and every player understands exactly their role.
"You can see how many players have improved under him."
