Arsenal technical chief Edu has dropped a big hint over a deal for Gremio striker Everton Soares.
Footage has emerged of Edu, who joined his former club as technical director earlier this month, giving an update.
In the clip, the Brazilian is posing for a selfie with a fan.
The 40-year-old has attended the Gunners' fan party in Maryland, USA.
And another supporter, who is filming the former midfielder, asks: Edu, are we signing Everton?"
The Brazilian initially ignores the question but replies when asked again.
Let's see, let's see," Edu simply says.
He walks away with a smile while signing autographs.
But he quickly adds: If you stop filming, I'll tell you."
