The Brazil midfielder, reports ABC, is on the brink of putting pen to paper on a contract to 2023.
Real president Florentino Perez has insisted Casemiro must stay and is happy to be dealing in the 27 year-old.
Perez turned down offers of up to 80m for Casemiro last summer.
Casemiro joined Real in 2013 from Sao Paulo.
