Javi Garcia Coll has been added to the backroom team at Real Madrid.
Garcia Coll had previously been working as a coordinating director at the club, but personal differences with Santiago Solari made 2018/19 something of a rocky campaign for him and he was moved to work with the club's charity.
Under coach Zinedine Zidane, he'll be responsible for motivational training and working with the players on the mental side of their game.
The news has been well-received in the dressing room, with Luka Modric and Sergio Ramos particularly pleased.
