Marc Guehi says Chelsea's young breakout stars are an inspiration.
The 19-year-old has watched the likes of Mason Mount, Fiyako Tomori and Tammy Abraham become key players for Frank Lampard's side this season.
And the Blues defender is working hard to follow in their footsteps.
"Mason Mount, Fikayo Tomori, Tammy Abraham... they're role models for me," he said.
"They're young players doing really well and that's an incentive to know that if you keep working hard, there are opportunities.
"I just need to keep working hard and if I'm called upon, I need to make sure I'm ready."
