Barcelona coach Ernesto Valverde has explained going with Ousmane Dembele over Ansu Fati for their 0-0 draw with Champions League opponents Slavia Prague.
Barca struggled on the night and were jeered off the pitch bu home fans.
Valverde stated, "It was a game for both players.
"Dembele started, but it was very tight and that made it difficult to run. In the second half, it was better, but I opted to change it."
As for Ansu Fati, he commented that "I'm seeing him better coming on off the bench with the game already going than from the start."
