Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is impressed with the impact of youngster Angel Gomes.
The teenage attacking midfielder has shown for United throughout preseason.
18-year-old Gomes managed to get the winning goal for his side in a 2-1 success over Tottenham in Shanghai.
And his manager has not been blind to the intensity and quality shown by Gomes since training started.
Solskjaer said in his post-match press conference: "It was a great goal by Angel [Gomes] a great response.
"The little boy is bright and sharp.
"A great finish, so I'm delighted for him because he's been, since day one, really sharp in pre-season so we have high hopes for him.
"All in all, the tour has been very good."
